1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Staicy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Staicy provides sports analytics and betting insights for informational and entertainment purposes only. The Service does not facilitate, enable, or encourage actual monetary wagering. All information provided is for educational purposes.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 21 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Staicy offers a subscription at $79.99 per month or $799.99 per year. New web accounts include a 7-day free trial, and no credit card is required to start it. If you add a payment method and do not cancel before your trial ends, your subscription starts at the end of the trial and renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future charges.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable laws, infringe on the rights of others, transmit harmful or offensive content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Staicy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. Sports predictions and analytics are inherently uncertain.

7. Limitation of Liability

Staicy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information provided.

8. SMS Program

Program name: Staicy Inc account texts. If you check the optional SMS box at signup, you agree to receive text messages from Staicy Inc about your account and free trial, such as a welcome message, a check-in, a reminder before your trial ends and a follow-up after it ends. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency: up to 4 messages per trial.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact team@staicy.win.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
